* We recognize that the materials provided by Groups Engine use the designation of ‘Group Leaders.’ For our Mt. Olive Lutheran congregation, any such ‘Group Leaders’ serve only as facilitators/coordinators. They do not function in oversight positions or carry official leadership/authority in the church, whether those who serve are male or female.
