Mount Olive presents an annual drama or musical production in the spring. Upper grade students are invited to audition for main, supporting, and stage crew roles. Past productions have included Willy Wonka, Jr., Mary Poppins, Aladdin, Annie, and many more!
Mount Olive students regularly participate in choral singing during worship services. Learning songs and hymns are a regular part of Christian education at Mount Olive. Students typically sing for three Sunday worship services at Mount Olive, three at Peace in North Mankato, our Children’s Christmas Service, and graduation.
Students in grades 4-8 can elect to participate in our grade school band program. Students receive individual and whole group lessons, performing multiple times throughout the school year. Participants in band range from first time players to seasoned musicians, including brass, woodwinds, and percussion instruments.
